AI marketing infrastructure

Infrastructure that recovers marketing ROI lost between departments.

Northstar Stack routes intelligence from sales, customer success, product, and leadership into marketing continuously, and sends visibility back out. Alignment stops depending on meetings.

The Gap

The intelligence marketing needs is already inside the company.

Sales, customer success, product, and leadership produce it every day.

Too little reaches marketing intact or while it can still change the work. The result is slower execution, weaker positioning, and more time spent reconstructing context.

Sales

Hears the objections stalling deals, and the language that closes them.

Customer success

Knows why accounts churn, and which customers would say yes to a case study.

Product

Knows what ships next, and which features customers already love in silence.

Leadership

Owns the number the rest of the company is aimed at.

  • Collateral that misses live objections
  • Launches that ship without amplification
  • Positioning that never learns from churn
  • Marketing seen as a cost center, not a revenue driver

The conventional response is coordination overhead.

Recurring syncs, status meetings, and alignment reviews consume the calendar, slow execution, and leave the underlying disconnection unresolved.

The System

We take an infrastructure approach.

Two components, running in opposite directions. One carries intelligence into marketing. The other carries visibility back out to everyone else.

Information in

The Listening Engine

Reads signal from across the organization. An AI layer finds relevant evidence, keeps the source attached, and routes it to the marketing work it can change.

  • Support tickets and churn drivers

The Pinnacle

For teams ready to go the distance.

The core system stands on its own: better intelligence in, clear visibility out. The boldest teams can add premium elements to the operating layer to supercharge their efficiency further across the organization.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

If something is not covered here, request access and describe the situation. We will route the question to the right place.

What does Northstar Stack actually deploy?

Two connected systems. The Listening Engine routes intelligence from sales conversations, support tickets, product analytics, CRM activity and churn interviews into marketing continuously. The Glass Dashboard sends visibility back out. The Northstar metric, pipeline contribution and spend against outcome update continuously from the tools you already run, and a short weekly layer covers what is in flight and what marketing is waiting on. Marketing does not maintain any of it.

How is this different from a conversation intelligence tool?

Conversation intelligence analyzes sales calls and reports to sales. Northstar Stack extends the same principle across the whole company and routes the output to marketing, then closes the loop by publishing marketing's work back to everyone else. The value is in the connections between departments rather than in any single source.

Does this mean our team stops meeting?

It means the recurring slot whose function is transferring information gets replaced by a system that does it continuously and without loss. Once intelligence moves automatically and the work is visible by default, the reasons those slots existed stop applying, and the reclaimed hours go to execution.

Who is this built for?

Companies where marketing depends on information generated in other departments, and where late or incomplete context slows the work. The problem becomes more visible as sales, customer success, product, and leadership each hold a different part of the picture.

What does an engagement look like?

It starts with the three-week Marketing Information Flow Diagnostic. Northstar Stack maps the source inventory, identifies confirmed findings and open signals, and delivers ordered actions. Implementation is scoped from those findings around the systems, workflows, and decision rules the company needs.

How does Northstar Stack keep decisions traceable?

Each finding retains its source and evidence state. Each decision records the owner, rationale, action, and next review point. The Glass Dashboard connects the resulting work and observed outcome back to that decision, so the company can inspect what changed and why.

What tools does it run on?

The architecture is tool-agnostic. It connects to the CRM, analytics, support, call, and work-tracking systems already in place, then adds or replaces a component only when the existing stack cannot support the required flow.

Get started

We work with B2B software companies where marketing is accountable for pipeline.

When intelligence stalls between teams, marketing pays in slower decisions, repeated coordination, and missed chances to act. Put that intelligence to work.
