Straight answers about the system, the engagement, and the data.
Northstar Stack connects to existing company records, routes the intelligence marketing needs, and makes the resulting work visible. Here is how that works in practice.
Product
What does Northstar Stack deploy?
Two connected systems. The Listening Engine carries supported intelligence from company sources into marketing. The Glass Dashboard publishes the resulting decisions, work, blockers, and observed changes back to the company. That core system stands on its own. Teams that want to go further can add the Pinnacle operating layer.
Is this a conversation intelligence tool?
No. Sales calls can be one source, but the system is built around the connection between departments. It combines the evidence marketing needs from sales, customer success, product, leadership, and current work, then routes the result to a marketing decision.
Does it replace the tools we already use?
The default is to work with the CRM, support, analytics, call, calendar, and work-tracking systems already in place. A source may need to change if it cannot provide reliable access or evidence, but replacement is not the starting assumption.
Engagement
How does an engagement start?
It starts with the fixed-price Marketing Information Flow Diagnostic. Northstar Stack inventories the evidence, separates confirmed findings from open signals, and delivers ordered actions. Implementation is scoped separately only when the diagnostic shows that new infrastructure is justified.
What does it cost?
The diagnostic is $2,000. Implementation is custom because the sources, access boundaries, and operating problem differ by company. See the pricing page for the scope and guarantee.
Does the team stop meeting?
No system removes meetings that require judgment or conflict resolution. It can remove the recurring information-transfer work that exists because the current state is not visible. The remaining meeting should start with the evidence already present and move directly to a decision.
Data + security
What customer data does Northstar Stack need?
Only the sources needed to answer the declared question. Sensitive personal data is not part of the standard diagnostic and should not be supplied unless the engagement terms explicitly allow it. The source inventory, access, and expected output are defined before work begins.
Does AI make decisions or publish work?
No. AI may help extract evidence, compare sources, prepare a recommendation, or assemble a review output. A person remains accountable for publishing, outreach, budget changes, customer communication, and writes to a live system.
How does Northstar Stack handle security reviews?
Security requirements are documented against the source set, access model, providers, retention terms, and customer agreement before data transfer. The Security page and Trust Center provide the review path and supporting policies.
Fit
Who is this built for?
B2B software companies where marketing owns a revenue outcome but depends on information produced elsewhere. The problem becomes material when sales, customer success, product, and leadership each hold part of the evidence needed to make a marketing decision.
What does the company need before the work starts?
A defined business question and access to the records that can answer it. Northstar Stack establishes the source inventory, access boundaries, and any ownership gaps during the diagnostic.
