The Glass Dashboard makes marketing legible to the company.

Visibility should be a property of the operating system, not a presentation marketing rebuilds every week. The Glass Dashboard shows what changed, what marketing chose, what is in motion, and what needs a decision.

One view of the work and the reason behind it

The dashboard connects four things that usually live in separate tools: the evidence that arrived, the decision marketing made, the work now in motion, and the observed result. A stakeholder can move from a number to its context without requesting another deck.

Changed

New evidence

The customer, market, or company signal that changed the operating context.

Chosen

Decision and owner

The move marketing made, who approved it, and when it should be reviewed.

In motion

Work and blockers

What is active, what is waiting, and which dependency sits outside marketing.

Observed

Result and evidence

The current measure with its source, date, and limits visible.

The decision record prevents quiet drift

A metric can move while five leaders hold five explanations for why. The decision record states what the company believed, what evidence supported it, and what would cause the decision to change. That creates a stable point of reference without pretending the original view was certain.

Numbers keep their definitions

The dashboard uses the definitions and systems of record agreed for the engagement. It does not mix pipeline definitions, silently replace an estimate with an actual, or imply causation from a correlated move. If the evidence cannot support a conclusion, the view says so.

What happens to status meetings

A meeting still has a purpose when people need to decide, disagree, or solve a dependency. It loses its purpose when everyone is assembling a report that could have been visible already. The Glass Dashboard removes the information-transfer portion so the live time can be used for judgment.

Configured around the decision

The Glass Dashboard is configured around the company's agreed questions, systems of record, access boundaries, and decision cadence. The result is one operating view built around the work leaders and marketing teams need to see.
