Northstar Stack may collect information you submit through a form, including your name, work email, company, website, subject, message, and the business context you choose to provide. The hosting provider may also create standard technical records such as IP address, browser information, request time, and the page requested.

Do not submit customer records, credentials, health information, payment data, or other sensitive material through a public website form.

How the information is used

The information is used to respond to requests, evaluate a business inquiry, deliver an agreed service, protect the site, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. Northstar Stack does not use public-form information for unrelated behavioral advertising.

How information is shared

The website provider may process form and technical data to host and operate the site. Other service providers receive information only when needed for the stated request or an agreed engagement. Engagement-specific providers are disclosed under the agreement or the Subprocessors page.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal duties.

Northstar Stack does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Information is kept for as long as needed to answer the request, deliver the engagement, protect the site, maintain required records, or meet legal duties. The period depends on the information and purpose. Customer engagement terms control when they set a more specific rule.

Privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. Northstar Stack may need to verify identity and may retain information when an exception or legal duty applies.

Northstar Stack does not discriminate against a person for making a valid privacy request.

Other terms

International processing

Information may be processed in the United States or another country where an approved provider operates. Transfer terms are addressed in the applicable agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

Children

This is a business website and is not directed to children under 13. Northstar Stack does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued site use after a change is subject to the updated policy.
