Trust starts with evidence that can survive inspection.

Northstar Stack handles company conversations, customer context, and operating records. The standard is simple: use only what is needed, keep each company separate, preserve the source, and leave consequential decisions with a named person.

Evidence integrity

  • Every factual finding is traceable to a declared source.
  • Quotes must match the source exactly.
  • Estimates are labeled and show the assumptions used.
  • Sales themes require independent corroboration before they become company findings.
  • A missing answer or healthy result is accepted. The system does not create urgency to fill a report.

Customer data boundaries

Customer material is kept in a separate engagement context. Sources, outputs, permissions, and retention expectations are defined for that company. Customer data is not used as proof for another company and is not moved into public examples without permission.

Northstar Stack asks for the minimum evidence needed to answer the business question. Sensitive personal data is not required for the standard diagnostic and should not be supplied unless the engagement terms explicitly allow it.

Human control

Analysis can prepare a recommendation. A person remains accountable for outreach, publishing, budget changes, system writes, customer communication, and any other consequential external action.

The source list, purpose, access, and expected output are defined before work begins.

Unsupported quotations, numbers, impact claims, and certainty statements stop the output.

Security and compliance review

Security and compliance requirements are documented before customer data enters an engagement. The review maps the requested controls to the source set, providers, access model, retention terms, and contractual responsibilities.
